Precision Rehab is always looking to expand its therapist staff including full time, part time, and per diem positions. We offer extensive support to our therapists, including couriers to pick up and deliver paperwork, coordinators to assist with scheduling, and territories designed to fit the individual needs of each therapist. We provide training for paperwork, agency protocols, as well as clinical support for all staff. All of our therapists are employed as independent contractors allowing each therapist to maintain total control over their schedules and workload. Support and flexibility, combined with a steady volume of work in a manageable sized territory, makes Precision Rehab an ideal home care subcontracting company.
