Sol is a cofounder and a part owner of Precision Rehab Enterprises, Inc. He graduated from Columbia University in 1982 with a masters degree in physical therapy. He has extensive experience working in pediatrics, orthopedics, sports medicine, acute care, long term care facilities, and home care.

Erica graduated in 1992 from the physical therapy program at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She has experience in acute care, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, neurology, orthopedics, spinal rehabilitation, pediatrics, aquatic therapy, geriatrics, and home care.
